Satlink provides an end to end service for video capture and distribution from any mobile platform with a Satlink Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) satellite system installed.
The Satlink Hawkeye service allows ISR applications to convert live video to stream across the satellite network for distribution and viewing in the operations room and remote subscribers.
Satlink can supply and install Aeronautical satellite terminals for L Band, Ku Band and Ka Band applications.
Aeronautical terminals provides the air platform with internet and voice services as well as a medium for transporting sensor data off of the aircraft for onwards distribution. This is especially useful for ISR applications for live consumption of video and Signal Intelligence.
Terminal sizes range from High Data Rate antennas for large airframes to Low Data Rate fully integrated terminals for small UAV applications.
Military and commercial cryptography available with options to lease private teleport racks or dedicated, secure offices.
Satlink’s Teleport facilities include a VSAT hub at Lawford Heath, Rugby and the Satlink Gateway in Telehouse London.
The Rugby Teleport allows us to anchor our customer’s VSAT services in the UK for onward connection to the Internet or their own private networks.
The Satlink Gateway service in Telehouse London has direct private links into both the Inmarsat and Viasat networks. This allows our customers to connect their mobile satellite terminals to their own proprietary networks without touching the internet. This provides a greater level of security and Quality of Service (QOS).
Land mobile terminals allow global network access for voice and data services in a transportable form factor.
These terminals range from hand held devices to vehicle or tripod mounted antennas giving access to High Data Rate bandwidth.
Maritime terminals are used to provide global access to voice and data services.
This can be used for commercial fleet and private vessel data services as well as access to welfare and entertainment content.
Established in 1995, Satlink is an independent company offering the full spectrum of “off the shelf” and customised satellite terminal services. Network design and integration is our speciality, allowing us to provide our customers with a solution tailored to their specifications.
